Breakfast recipes

I find categorising recipes really difficult, especially when it comes to breakfast. Personally, I would happily eat leftover dinner from the previous night for breakfast with eggs and a side of greens. There are also days when lunch is a simple bowl of muesli with fruit and yoghurt, which I’m sure many tired and busy parents can relate to. Although these meals have been labelled as breakfast recipes, they can be enjoyed at any time of the day and often make wonderful snacks for when you’re on the go.
