If you’re familiar with my food philosophy, you’ll know that the time of day has no constraints on what I choose to eat. These recipes are designed to be eaten as mains, often accompanied with a side of vegetables or salad, however many of them also make for a hearty breakfast with the addition of eggs or as a light snack. I try to give alternative ingredient options wherever possible as it’s always best to use whatever you already have at home. Recipes are always flexible, they’re merely here to give you some inspiration on what to cook and guidance when it comes to measurements, cooking times and temperatures.
